Since 1980 is was working as a manager in different functions. Since 1995 I run my own business as consultant, trainer and coach. I work in various , also international operating companies, doing workshops in communication, confliktmanagement, leadership development. I supported leadership dialogues als well as teambuiling processes. Consulting in change processes is also an area of work.

Since 2001 I work as a coach in companies as well in the private sector. A lot of experience help me to work with leaders up to the top levels (CEO). I have a systemic approach with a background in transactional analysis and gestalt as well as personality analysis (LUXX profile former Reiss Profile). I am also licenced in the LIFO(R) Method. for me it is important to work ressource- and goal oriented, in use tools from the Zürcher ressourcen Modell (Prof. Maja Storch)
