• Welcome and introduction
• Rita Helter, viadee AG - Lecture: The LUXXprofile as a development tool and for binding young professionals 
• Uta Rohrschneider and Peter Boltersdorf – Keynote lecture:  Studies on motivation in companies
• Anders Piper, psq International (DEN) – Lecture: A new product for LUXXprofile: Couple Coaching (in English with slides in German).
• Prof. Christoph Kemper – Keynote lecture: The LUXXprofile in consumer research

AFTERNOON:

• Qualification seminar for the use of the focus analysis competitive sports (with certificate for the use of the focus analysis)
• Workshop on the marketing and the use of all so far available focus analyzes and special evaluations (Leadership, Relationship, Motivation of employees, …)
• Workshop on the efficient use of all functionalities of the Toolbox as well as on the topic: LUXXprofile in Social Media.
