16 motives that describe personality

The personality construct which represents the basis of the LUXXprofile contains a total of #16motives: curiosity, social acceptance, power, status, retention, autonomy, social participation, morality, idealism, structure, safety, revenge, physical exercise, food enjoyment, family and eros. The LUXXprofile test captures and measures these motive dimensions in order to describe personality and explain behavior and experience. The individual values of the motives are illustrated in the evaluation graph.
