LUXXprofile is out now

LUXXprofile is now official available.

Most visible sign is the new website www.luxxprofile.com. LUXXprofile Masters can from now on conduct and apply LUXXprofiles.

Three test variations ensure optimal application for different target groups: LUXXprofile 16 for adults, LUXXprofile 15 for application in the business area (without Eros motive) and LUXXprofile 14 for pupils and students (without the Family and Eros motives).

Thanks to the very high quality of the scientific test development around the Luxemburg University’s research team, LUXXprofile delivers extremely precise results.

• The succinct differentiation of the motives of the LUXXprofile is represented in the Power, Retention, Revenge, Family and Safety motives. This ensures improved ability for explanation of the individual personality, which is essential in individual based diagnostics and person-oriented consulting.
• The up-to-date standardization, which is also valid for years to come, assures high validity of the personal test results in relation to the population.
• Development, validation and documentation of the LUXXprofile are aligned according to the recommendation of DIN 33430 and the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing of the American Educational Research Association [AERA], the American Psychological Association and the National Council on Measurement in Education.
