Peter Boltersdorf and John Delnoy are the managing partners of LUXXunited and originators of the LUXXprofile. 

Boltersdorf and Delnoy founded LUXXunited GmbH in 2016 in order to bring this vision to life. They are the originators of the new personality diagnostic tool LUXXprofile, which measures a person’s individuality in a simple but precise way.

Basis of the new development are more than ten years experience in the professional application of a US American personality instrument they licensed, the Reiss Profile. While the founders successfully established the licensed product in Germany and other European countries, the licensor prohibited development of up-to-date professional user application services.

The founders remain independent with their own personality test, the LUXXprofile, which has been developed by the . The existing, long-standing professional network of personality diagnostic experts contributed to the development of tools and services which a changing society needs today.

Peter Boltersdorf, Managing Partner LUXXunited, lecturer at the Trainer Academy of the Germany Olympic Sports Association in Cologne and of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, team coach und motivational consultant of various professional football clubs of the first and second German divisions, female National Soccer Team of the Netherlands, Handball World Champion of 2007, Handball Junior World Champion 2009 and 2011, weightlifter Olympic squad (Gold in Beijing in 2008 for Matthias Steiner), freestyle wrestling Olympic squad as well as ‘Ladies in Black’ first division Volleyball team in Aachen, Germany.

John Delnoy

John Delnoy, Managing Partner LUXXunited, Master of Business Administration, is a consultant for companies in organizational change processes and coaches top managers and high-performance teams in the Netherland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and other European countries. He is member of the advisory board of Topsport Limburg, i.e. the organization which is responsible for the advancement of top athletes within the National Olympic Committee of the Netherlands.
